BLENDING 101
By now, you’ve noticed that your Blendtec is so much more than just a smoothie maker. Hummus can be a great snack for parties, watching football games, or an after-school snack for kids. Enjoy it with chips, vegetables, or pita bread!
CLASSIC HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS
15 oz can chickpeas drained and ? cup liquid reserved
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic quartered
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients, including chickpea liquid, to FourSide, WildSide+, Mini WildSide or Twister jar in order listed and secure lid.
Select "Dips/Batters" cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 30 seconds.
