BLENDING 101

With traditional juicing, a machine squeezes all of the juice out of a fruit or vegetable and leaves you with just the juice. When juicing in your Blendtec blender, whole fruits and vegetables are pulverized so that you get a smooth juice without having to throw away the pulp, which is full of fiber, protein, and nutrition. A whole is basically a meal in a cup-- a serving or two typically satisfies your daily recommended intake of fruits and vegetables. In this video, try out Whole Juicing with our Total Juice.

TOTAL JUICE INGREDIENTS

1/4 apple cored
1 slice cantaloupe rind removed
2 cups grapes
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 kiwi
1/4 orange
1 slice pineapple, rind removed
3 strawberries


INSTRUCTIONS

Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.
